Art is a wonder in itself and we see it every day in life presented around us in the most glorious colors, moments, feelings, and expressions. Painting has been a passion of mine since I picked up a brush early in life. I graduated from the University of California at Davis and had the honor of taking classes from known artists Wayne Thiebaud, Roy De Forest, and sculptor Manuel Neri.
My favorite medium is a blend of acrylics and oils. For variety I add paper to the canvas to create texture. I enjoy painting on canvas or paper with acrylics or watercolors. My love for animals, the ocean, sailing and nature are the focus for the settings I paint. Thank you for taking time to view my paintings and books.
